EU multiannual financial framework (MFF) negotiations

On 28 June 2013, the Permanent Representatives Committee approved, on behalf of the Council, the deal reached with the European Parliament on the draft regulation laying down the EU's multiannual financial framework (MFF) for 2014-2020 and the interinstitutional agreement (IIA) on budgetary matters.

The deal builds on the European Council's agreement of 8 February 2013 and addresses four issues raised by the European Parliament.
