SECTRA Tiger XS/XO
Tiger XS is a personal voice encryptor that protects mobile and fixed telecommunications. It can use fixed and mobile telephony networks as well as IP-networks and satellite systems. It is approved for communication up to and including the security level SECRET UE. This crypto product is CISPS listed and available for purchase for all EU member states and organizations, allowing them to protect both national and international telecommunications. EU-approved security design Tiger XS is based on a widely acknowledged security design, which can also be found in previous EU- and NATO approved Sectra products, such as the K710 EU and NSK 200 secure telephones.
A Tiger XS connects to a mobile phone via Bluetooth®. Secure connection is set up by putting a personal access card into the Tiger XS, entering a personal code and selecting the person to connect to from a list. Once connected, the transferred information (voice and data) will be secure.
With Tiger XS it is possible to exchange classified information over mobile GSM networks or ordinary telephone lines - from an office desk, at home or on the road. This means that security is guaranteed wherever you are.
Tiger XS enables secure mobile voice communications and secure messaging (SMS).
At the office, the Tiger XS can be used as a secure desktop phone and fax by docking it with the optional desktop cradle unit, the Tiger XS Office.
Tiger XS can also be used for secure file transfer or for remote access to a classified computer network.
