At the end of the meeting of Chiefs of Defence, a short ceremony in the presence of the EU High Representative Javier SOLANA will take place to "hand over" the chairmanship of the European Union Military Committee (CEUMC) from General Gustav HAGGLUND, the former Chief of Defence of Finland, to General Rolando MOSCA MOSCHINI, until recentlythe Chief of Defence of Italy. The meeting will be followed by a family photo.
