EU High Representative Javier Solana said the European Union is making available 150 million euro to relieve the plight of the IDP's in Pakistan. Close to two million people are internally displaced in Pakistan. Tens of thousands started returning home in recent days as the government began to implement the first phase of its repatriation plan.
