Address

Without exception, all correspondence will be sent to the address given in your electronic profile in the case of a paid traineeship. You would therefore be well-advised to alter it to indicate your actual residence. This address will be used in the offer and for the administrative processing of your file.

Languages to be used

The application form is available in French and English, which are the main working languages in the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union. You must have a thorough knowledge of one of these languages in order to apply.

You must complete the free-text fields in one of these two languages.

Other information

Keep a copy of all the documents you send to the Traineeships Office. Please do not send the originals of degree certificates. Copies of such certificates need not be authenticated.
