Council e-books are supplied in the .epub format. The .epub format is an open e-book format that you can read on any device provided you have the appropriate software.

Smart phones and tablets

Download a reading application from your usual application platform. Many e-book reader applications are free of charge.

PCs

Install an e-book reader software or browser add-on. Many of them are free of charge.

E-reader devices

You might need to convert the .epub file into mobi format. Check your device manual for reading or conversion help.
